Game of Chance – Trade Promotion Lottery

1. PROMOTER

This promotion is conducted independently by Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd (trading as Flexi Tracks) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Vuly Play. Vuly Play is not the promoter of this promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 2 June 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 30 June 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter this promotion, entrants must:

• Be an Australian resident with a valid physical delivery address within Australia at the time of entry;
• Be 18 years of age or older, OR have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian who must agree to these Terms and Conditions on the entrant's behalf. The Promoter reserves the right to require written evidence of such consent prior to awarding any prize;
• Enter the promotion via one of the methods set out in clause 4;
• Provide accurate contact details including a valid full name, phone number, and email address; and
• Have a physical delivery address within Australia (PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not eligible delivery addresses for prize fulfilment).

The following persons are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees, directors, officers, or contractors of Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd;
• International customers or those placing orders for delivery outside of Australia.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to their first name, last initial, and state/territory being published on the Promoter's social media channels in the event they are selected as the winner.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter this promotion:

Method 1 – Purchase Entry (Online)

Purchase any Flexi Tracks product from www.flexitracks.com.au during the Promotion Period. No minimum purchase amount applies. Each valid order placed during the Promotion Period will generate one (1) entry into the prize draw. Multiple orders by the same entrant will generate one (1) entry per order. Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase.

Method 2 – Free Postal Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, hand-write your full name, phone number, and email address on a piece of paper and post it to:

Postal entries must be received by 4:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 30 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or misdirected postal entries. Each envelope received containing a valid entry constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries may be submitted by post, however each must be in a separate envelope.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and legible.

5. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available, comprising:

• Vuly Play Flare Trampoline – Large (3.4m diameter) — Retail Value: AUD $599.00
• Vuly Play Trampoline Ladder — Retail Value: AUD $75.00

Total Prize Value: AUD $674.00 (RRP)

The prize will be purchased directly from Vuly Play by the Promoter and shipped to the winner's nominated physical delivery address within Australia. Shipping costs will be arranged and paid for by the Promoter. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to arrange prize fulfilment within thirty (30) days of the winner confirming their delivery details.

Prize delivery timeframes are subject to Vuly Play's standard shipping policy and may vary depending on the winner's location. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays caused by Vuly Play, third-party carriers, or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

The prize is supplied in the standard configuration available at the time of fulfilment. No colour or customisation options are available. The prize is subject to product availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the specified product becomes unavailable.

The prize comes with the manufacturer's warranty as provided by Vuly Play only. The Promoter provides no additional warranty in respect of the prize.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:

• The trampoline and ladder must be assembled and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines as provided by Vuly Play;
• The winner is solely responsible for the safe assembly, installation, maintenance, and use of the prize;
• The prize is intended for use in accordance with the age, weight, and safety specifications set out by the manufacturer;
• The Promoter has no involvement in the assembly, installation, or ongoing use of the prize and accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the use of the prize after delivery; and
• The winner should ensure the prize is used in a safe environment and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local council requirements.

7. ALTERNATIVE PRIZE REDEMPTION

At the sole election of the winner, the prize may be redeemed as Flexi Tracks store credit to the value of AUD $674.00 (RRP), in lieu of receiving the physical trampoline prize.

If the winner elects to redeem as store credit:

• The credit may be used to purchase any in-stock Flexi Tracks product(s) from www.flexitracks.com.au;
• The credit is capped at AUD $674.00 calculated at the full retail price (RRP) of products at the time of redemption — sale prices will not be used to calculate or extend the credit value;
• The store credit will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Any unused balance will expire and will not be extended, refunded, or carried over;
• Any balance remaining after redemption that is less than the cost of any available product will be forfeited and will not be refunded as cash or carried over; and
• The store credit option must be elected by the winner within 7 days of being notified of their win.

The prize, whether taken as the physical item or as store credit, cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

8. PRIZE DRAW

The prize draw will be conducted electronically using random draw software on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, at Unit 6/604 German Church Road, Redland Bay QLD 4165, at a time determined by the Promoter (AEST).

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period via either method of entry will be included in the draw. The draw is random and each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw, using the email address provided at the time of entry. The winner's first name and last initial, along with their state/territory, will also be announced on the Promoter's social media channels on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.

To protect the winner's privacy, only a partial name (first name and last initial) will be published publicly. Full details will not be disclosed without the winner's express consent.

The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date the notification was sent ("Claim Period") and provide a valid physical delivery address to claim their prize.

10. UNCLAIMED PRIZE – REDRAW

If the winner does not respond within the 7-day Claim Period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will conduct a redraw.

The redraw will be held on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, at Unit 6/604 German Church Road, Redland Bay QLD 4165, using the same random draw process as the original draw. The reserve winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the redraw and will also have seven (7) days to respond and claim the prize.

If the prize remains unclaimed following the redraw, or the reserve winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to dispose of the prize in such manner as it sees fit, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements under Queensland law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, costs, or injury of any kind (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, personal injury, property damage, or economic loss) suffered or incurred by any person in connection with:

• Participation in this promotion or any inability to participate;
• The acceptance, use, misuse, or failure of the prize;
• The assembly, installation, or use of the trampoline or any component of the prize;
• Any delay in delivery of the prize by Vuly Play or any third-party carrier;
• Any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions affecting the conduct of the draw or entry process; or
• Any act or omission of a third party, including Vuly Play or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

12. PRIVACY

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, using, and storing their personal information (including name, phone number, email address, and delivery address) for the purposes of administering the promotion, notifying the winner, and fulfilling the prize.

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at www.flexitracks.com.au, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter will not share personal information with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment (e.g., sharing the winner's delivery address with Vuly Play for shipping purposes).

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address listed in clause 1.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, or otherwise acts in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, acts of God, or changes in applicable law.
4. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining clauses.
5. The promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
6. This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. The prize is not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as expressly provided in clause 7.
8. Entrants are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise as a result of winning the prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred by the winner.
9. In the event of a dispute regarding the validity of an entry, the Promoter's records will be used to verify entries and will be considered final.
10. The Promoter will retain records of this promotion for a period of five (5) years in accordance with Queensland gaming record-keeping requirements.
11. Images of the prize used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual prize may vary slightly in appearance.

14. PERMIT INFORMATION

This promotion is a game of chance (trade promotion lottery). As the total prize value is under AUD $1,000, no permit is required in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, or Tasmania. As the total prize value is under AUD $10,000, no permit is required in New South Wales. As the total prize value is under AUD $3,000, no permit is required in the Australian Capital Territory. The Promoter has assessed this promotion as compliant with applicable trade promotion requirements in all states and territories in which it is conducted.

15. INDEPENDENT PROMOTION & SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is conducted solely by Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd (trading as Flexi Tracks). It is not in any way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Vuly Play or any of its related entities. Any enquiries regarding this promotion should be directed to the Promoter, not to Vuly Play.

This promotion is also in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. By entering this promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they are providing their information to Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd and not to Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to the Promoter, not to Facebook or Instagram.
